No miles today. This is a, 'hey guys, something snapped and I am ready to get serious' kind of post. I am sick of slacking, sick of being slow and knowing that I can get faster. I remember in cross country and track in HS where I was so close to getting to my goals, it gets a little hard, and I give up. Well, I am tired of doing that. I want to run fast, I want to run consistantly. I want to run a Half marathon and Full Marathon ALLLL the way through and feel good at the end. Yeah, those are my goals. I had to write them now, while I am feeling passionate. =) Tomorrow I will add them to the cool side bar <---over there, that has my fun stuff. and I will reach them. So, for starters....since I havent ran in FOREVER. I am going to go run 3 miles at a nice consistant pace tomorrow, so I dont feel like I died and not want to run on Thursday. Does that sound reasonable? Am I starting up okay?
